Cessna 172


The C-172 is a single engine aircraft with a fixed high wing and a seating configuration for 4. There are a number of different models built over the years and the information for each model can be found in the pilot operating handbook. The first model was produced in 1956 and is still being produced today. To date over 44,000 aircraft have been built by the cessna company making it the most successful aircraft in history. All Interair students begin their initial flight training in a Cessna -172.

The C-182 is a single engine aircraft with a fixed high wing and a seating configuration for 4. Similar in appearance to the C-172 the C-182 flies at a greater speed and can carry a greater payload. There are a number of different models built over the years and the information for each model can be found in the pilot operating handbook. Students at Interair learn to operate the C-182 during their commercial flight training.

Used for the initial multi engine endorsement the aircraft can also be utilised for charter services.

The piper navajo (PA-31) is a twin engined (piston) aircraft which has a seating arrangement of 8, pilot plus 7 passengers in the charter category. Our navajo fleet have been specially modified to accomodate lidar cameras used for mapping and topography. The aircraft is also used for endorsement training.
